M&C Saatchi PR Shortlisted for the CIPR Excellence Awards
31st March 2017
We are pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted three times for the prestigious CIPR Excellence Awards.
The CIPR Excellence Awards are the longest-running and most-rigorously assessed awards in public relations. Now in their 33rd year, the Excellence Awards showcase the highest levels of professional achievement from PR professionals and teams across the UK and throughout the world, which we are delighted to be a part of this year’s shortlist for the following categories:
1. Outstanding Large Public Relations Consultancy
We’ve enjoyed a fantastic seven years of growth since launch and the business now has offices in seven markets. Every single member of the team across those markets works extremely hard to deliver the best possible impact for our clients and our management team have done a superb job of creating an environment where our people can develop and prosper. This award shortlisting is really a recognition of all that effort and it is both flattering and incredibly gratifying to have our peers consider our efforts to be worthy of it.”
– Chris Hides, MD & Co-Founder.
2. Best Event: Stolen Goods Shop
We are excited to be shortlisted for Back Me Up’s Stolen Goods Shop. We needed to get Millennials to take notice of an insurance brand – something they aren’t akin to doing – and this did just that. It was a creative idea that absolutely delivered on the brief and drove media cut through and commercial results.
– Nathan Kemp, Head of CREATE
3. Best Event: Resident Evil 7: The Experience
We’re absolutely thrilled to be up for Best Event for Resident Evil 7: The Experience. The team’s work and creativity on this across both the Consumer PR and Experience divisions is a testament to the outstanding integrated work we deliver for our clients and is a best in practice example of what can be achieved from a genuinely seamless all agency effort.
– Tom Johnson, Head of Events & Experiential Marketing
